Each panelist is a licensed esthetician who has deliberately taken control of their destiny and created their own successful profession. Join in on this lively discussion and learn how to create the flourishing career of your dreams!



Denise R. Fuller is the editor-in-chief of Les Nouvelles Esthétiques & Spa. She is a certified beauty therapist in Australia and a licensed esthetician, nail tech and body wrapping instructor for the state of Florida. She has trained spa professionals around the world, owned a skin care distribution company and been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who. Fuller founded the National Aesthetic Spa Network, and she is passionate about building relationships, developing partnerships, mentoring and networking to create a stronger industry.

Diane Buccola has been a licensed esthetician in California since 1998. After selling her day spa in 2004, she opened her own practice, and now frequently works as a consultant and trainer for estheticians. Buccola also manages the popular SpaBizBoard, an online message board for estheticians and other spa professionals. She is the director of the National Aesthetic Spa Network for California.

Gena Flores is a licensed esthetician, instructor and contributing author to Les Nouvelles Esthétiques & Spa magazine. She is passionate about mentoring other spa professionals, and volunteers her time as the director of the National Aesthetic Spa Network for the Midwest.
