What if a client suffers a cardiac emergency? This presentation reviews what standards of care may be expected of you, even if you are not currently trained in First Aid or CPR/AED. Burns and reactions are the most common incidents we see in our industry, and knowing the right action to take in such circumstances can make a significant difference in the final outcome. Warfield shares an overview of some possible injuries that may occur in a spa or medical spa setting, along with First Aid treatment, risk management, legal considerations and follow-up guidelines.
