Yes, onsite registration is available. Registration hours are 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025 and 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025.

What is the difference between conferences and workshops?
Workshops are product-focused classes by exhibitors, while conferences are purely educational sessions sponsored by ICES.

How much is congress admission?
Early-bird rates are $60.00 for a 1-day admission and $80.00 for a 2-day admission. After April 30, 2025 the rates increase to $80.00 for a 1-day admission and $100.00 for a 2-day admission. Onsite registration will also be available at the same rates: $80.00 for 1-day and $100.00 for 2-day admission.

Do you offer discounts on tickets?
Yes, early-bird prices will save you $20 off your admission by April 30, 2025. Click here to register.

I am a student, do I get a discount?
Yes, as a student you can enjoy a special 2-day all-inclusive rate of only $50. Please note, students cannot register online; registration is available only through your school or onsite at the registration desk on the day of the show. Onsite registration hours are Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, May 19, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Student Identification will be required in order to obtain your special rate. Do teachers/instructors get complimentary admission?
Yes, 1 complimentary admission per school. Click here for registration information.

Do I need to pay extra or sign up for the conferences & workshops?
No, all education is included with your admission. No sign-up or extra payment is required. We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes early to the sessions for optimal seating.

Can I purchase a certificate of attendance?
Yes, for $10 cash inside the exhibition floor.

Are babies/children allowed on the show floor?
We encourage you not to bring your child to the congress, however, if necessary, you will need to sign a waiver at the attendee information booth upon entering the congress.

Do you offer exclusive rates for hotels near the convention center for ICES attendees?
This year’s ICES Dallas Convention will be at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX, a full service hotel with great amenities. Is there parking at the convention center?
The Hilton Anatole will have parking available for all attendees. Parking is $25.00 for non-hotel guests and $15.00 per day for hotel guests attending ICES Dallas.
